I strongly disagree that emailing customer service does not work.
In my email I first state exactly what I want, then I give the reason why I want the item(s) in question.
Wthout fail, I have always gotten more than I asked for. If for example I send an email about not being able to buy an extra tree that’s offered at the end of a quest module, invariably I will get two of those trees for free. I don’t ask for huge amounts of farm cash, because I’m not greedy and I don’t try to scam customer service that way for things that I’m not entitled to.
It’s possible that I get such quality service because they look at my records and see that I do spend serious amounts of farm cash on trees and quests every month.
I have actually had better success in getting problems resolved with email as opposed to live chat (when I could access it).
